227 Union Street

Built in 1925 as the First National Bank building by architectural firm Hutchins and French, this seven-story office building has remained a center for business ever since. Located in the heart of downtown New Bedford, it offers great convenience and some unbeatable views of New Bedford harbor and Buzzards Bay.

Times-Olympia Building

These two historic downtown locations have been merged to create a sprawling building that encompasses an entire city block. Built in 1890 and 1921 respectively, the Times and Olympia buildings have long been a hub for business in New Bedford. These mixed use buildings offer primarily office space, several storefronts (located in a concourse  in its large atrium and several streetside spaces at the front of the buildings), and also house dining and nightlife venues.

Close proximity to the Elm Street parking garage is ideal for both tenants and their clients/customers. 

628 Pleasant Street 
(One City Hall Square)

Built between 1890 and 1897 as the Odd Fellows Hall, this building was later purchased by John Duff and renamed The Duff Building.  Grand 19th century construction includes extensive use of marble, high ceilings and solid oak woodwork throughout the 35,000 square foot building. Tenants include: The Consulate of Portugal, School of Yoga New Bedford, Watt & Sylvia Attorneys and Counselors at Law

Titleist Drive 

Formerly a Titleist golf ball factory, this sprawling industrial complex now serves a variety of uses and tenants. Located just over the New Bedford line into Acushnet, overlooking the Acushnet River. Tenants include: GiftsToGive, Acushnet Self Storage, and MJ's Pet Training Academy.

665/675/685 Orchard Street 

Historic New Bedford mill located by Clark's Cove. Built in 1880 for textile manufacturing, this building now serves as mixed-use space for offices, recreation, manufacturing, artisan workshops, and storage. Boasting a massive 100,000+ square feet and fantastic views of Buzzards Bay. Tenants include: Art Scapes, Gotauco ScrimshawCustom Closet Geeks, and Power & Grace Yoga.
